Meet Jacob W. Rowe
As a member of the Health and Wellness community, I understand the importance of having a place to go that is designed around self-betterment. I have spent my life training, growing, and developing a mind and body connection. Through kick-boxing, the Fire department, and Military Service I have learned so much about the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
I have been all around the world as well as trained in all aspects of wellness. Southern Gym Supply (SGS) has given me a platform to expand my personal experience into a form of assistance to all clients. There is nothing more important than self-growth and adapting your time into a more effective method for you to enjoy yourself and personal relationships in your life. I truly believe that owning your own gym brings a community of like-minded individuals as well as the freedom to live a life outside of a 9-5.
I look forward to working for you and helping you build the life you want as well as the gym you envision. My philosophy is "Work every day to be harder to kill. Whether that is through physical ability or mental agility, then share your growth."
